Filipa Castro was a guest on the “Goucha” program this Wednesday, April 24, on TVI.
In a previously recorded statement, the CMTV commentator spoke about her extinct marriage to former footballer Beto, with whom she has two children in common, Bruna, aged 23, and Tiago, aged 21.
“For many years I was married to a football player and letting go of the image of a football player’s ex-wife was not easy. And it still isn’t today. Beto and I, we locked eyes and it was love at first sight“, he began by saying.
“I didn’t get married by mistake. We started dating and there were warnings. But I was 18 years old and I really liked it. He was the love of my life. Sometimes I don’t know if I wouldn’t rather be slapped in the face than go through what I went through. I went out on the street and couldn’t take my eyes off the ground“, he confessed.
“Beto was the best father in the world. Beto, his father, has been gone for nine years. Which is very sad. It was the only way the person realized they were attacking me was to target their children.
