The president of Cabeceiras de Basto City Council, Francisco Alves, visited the Lisbon Tourism Exchange (BTL) yesterday, February 29, an event that takes place, until Sunday, at the Lisbon International Fair and where the municipality of Cabeceiras is also represented. .
On this occasion, and at the invitation of CIM do Ave, Francisco Alves participated yesterday in “Dia do Minho”, where the “Cá No Minho” platform was presented. The initiative ended with the tasting of regional Minho products.
This morning, March 1st, the Cabeceiras de Basto space received a visit from Portuguese influencer, traveler and photographer, João Amorim, who signed up for the “Pack Verão” draw, a free tourist experience that is being promoted by the City Council with with the aim of publicizing the main potential and attractions of Cabeceiras de Basto.
Note that, in this 2024 edition, Cabeceiras de Basto will be permanently at the “Amar o Minho” stand located in the ETPNP area – Porto and Northern Portugal Tourism Entity.
At this stand dedicated to the region, visitors can continue to “feel in Minho” – a territory of “culture and heritage, of affection and hospitality, of nature and landscape, of celebration and tradition” – until Sunday, March 3rd.
