O DoubleTree by Hilton Lisbon – Fontana Park hired Patrícia Santana as the new GC&E Manager to support the hotel’s mission of providing excellent service to customers. Her experience promises to bring new opportunities and elevate the hotel’s offering for groups and events.
Luiza Andrei, General Manager of the hotel unit, expressed her confidence in Patrícia’s ability to drive the DoubleTree by Hilton – Fontana Park business, citing Patrícia’s strong alignment with the brand and her extensive sales experience as key assets.
“I am truly excited to be part of the extraordinary team at DoubleTree by Hilton Lisbon – Fontana Park,” said Patrícia Santana. “Together with my colleagues, I am focused on finding new business opportunities and maintaining our hotel’s reputation as the main destination for business and leisure guests in Lisbon.”
One of Patrícia’s first initiatives upon taking on the role of GC&E was the launch of the Gather & Select campaign, focused on Groups and Events, which offers customers the unique opportunity to choose one of four options to ensure the success of events and meetings held in months of April and May. Among the special options, new reservations for more than 10 rooms include upgrades, welcome drinks and additional rooms.
Before joining DoubleTree by Hilton Lisbon – Fontana Park, Patrícia was at Maleo Offices as Sales Executive, and Group Sales Manager at Myriam Hotel by Sana and Real Hotels Group.
