Viana Chamber approves protocols for annual support of 189 thousand euros to IPSS’s and institutions

For the GAF – Family Assistance Office 2,527 euros were approved per month, with 527 euros for the income of Casa Abrigo (Support for Women Victims of Violence) and 2,000 euros to contribute to supporting the specific and specific needs of families and GAF ​​users.

The proposal also includes 750 euros per month for the Society of St. Vincent de Paul – Central Council of Viana do Castelo, in a contribution to supporting the specific and specific needs of identified families; 2 thousand euros for Cáritas Diocesana of Viana do Castelo, in a contribution to supporting the specific and specific needs of migrant families; 500 euros per month for ACAPO – Viana do Castelo Delegationto share rent and transport for users of the Care, Monitoring and Entertainment Center.

For the Portuguese Red Cross – Alto Minho Humanitarian Center 550 euros per month were approved for expenses associated with the social store and social support for families in need; for the Areosa Social and Parish Center, 300 euros per month for collaboration in responding to specific and specific needs of families supported by IPSS; and for the AMA Autism Foundation a total of 2,900 euros per month, of which 1,400 euros are used to cover the costs of hiring a specialized technical team and 1,500 euros are paid to cover the costs inherent to the operation and maintenance of the building and its public space.

The proposal also includes 500 euros per month for the Factory of the Parish Church of São Lourenço da Montaria, to contribute to the provision of food and hygiene services to needy citizens; 825 euros for the Metamorphys, to contribute to the monthly expenses allocated to the building and support the income of the social store; and 450 euros per month for Association of Retirees and Pensioners of Barroselassupporting the reimbursement of expenses in support programs for the elderly.

For the animal cause, Viana do Castelo City Council renews support for Nobody’s Cats Association200 euros per month, and Animal Rescue Association400 euros per month, to reimburse the costs inherent to the operation and maintenance of your animal rescue and shelter mission.
