O Hilton Vilamoura As Cascatas Golf & Spa proposes a special package, with a minimum stay of two nights and which includes a welcome drink at the bar, brunch on Easter Sunday, access to the 7 Seven Spa and late check out until 2 pm. Families with children also have access to the fun Egg Hunt, taking place at the Paradise Club.

On Easter Sunday, brunch will be served between 1pm and 3pm, and the typical dishes of this season will be highlighted, with an innovative touch, such as roast leg of lamb with mint sauce or fresh cod baked with bread crust corn and aromatic herbs. Still on the main dishes, the Chef proposes fish and seafood stew, traditional roast suckling pig and grilled chicken medallions with piri-piri. O Vilamoura Garden Hotel invites you to relax by presenting a 2-night accommodation package (Friday and Saturday) with a tasty brunch on Easter Sunday, which includes, in addition to the starters, roast leg of lamb with aromatic herbs, sautéed greens and baker’s potatoes; Roasted cod loin with shrimp and mushroom risotto, asparagus and arugula. To finish the meal and for those who can’t do without a good dessert, there is the classic Creme brûlée, a variety of pastries and fruits.
