The period of prior public participation in the detailed plan of Aldeia Ruiva, in the parish of São
Bartolomeu de Messines takes place between March 20th and April 10th, informs the municipality of Silves, in a statement.
The beginning of the procedure for drawing up a detailed plan with registration effects was decided at sessions of the Silves municipal council held on January 29th and February 19th of this year.
“The promotion of the economic dynamism of the local economic base, by improving the functionality and development conditions of existing economic activities; the qualification of the urban environment of the São Bartolomeu de Messines cluster and the promotion of the use of the rental potential of the territory, making profitable and optimizing the investment made”, are the main objectives of this detailed plan.
During this period, interested parties will be able to make suggestions and present information on issues that may be considered within the scope of the respective preparation procedure. As such, the participation form available on the official website of this municipality must be used, to be sent by post to this municipal council or via email: [email protected]. Interested parties can also consult the documents in person to initiate the procedure at the municipal services (Division of Urban Planning and Management – Spatial Planning), on the municipality’s official website and at the headquarters of the parish council of São Bartolomeu de Messines.
