This Saturday, the Municipal Museum hosts the play “Bananalogias de Caserna”, presented by the Fataunços Experimental Theater Association

The auditorium of the Municipal Museum of Oliveira de Frades will host the play “Bananalogias de Caserna” this Saturday (March 23) to celebrate World Theater Day, which takes place next Wednesday (27th).

The show presented by the Associação de Teatro Experimental de Fataunços, in Vouzela, is described as “a tragic comedy, loosely inspired by Plato and the allegory of the cave, adapted to today”.

“Characters, one stage, one life. They’ve been here for as long as they’ve known each other, and they know nothing else. They have always lived here, they have always lived the same life. Three characters, one stage and one life. Lived behind a wall and a door. One day, the door falls. Never again was life the same Free adaptation of Plato’s allegory of the cave and life in general. Any similarity with reality is intentional”, says the synopsis.

The play is scheduled for 9:43 pm and has free entry. Tickets can be reserved by calling 961 786 064 or emailing [email protected].
