Man killed with 15 stab wounds after breaking into neighbor’s house in Seixal – Portugal

A 24-year-old man was killed with 15 stab wounds after breaking into the house of a 68-year-old neighbor in Fernão Ferro, Seixal.

The case occurred late Friday afternoon, when the victim entered the 68-year-old attacker’s property, for reasons that have not yet been clarified.

The victim had perforations in the chest and abdomen and was pronounced dead at the scene. The alert was given at 6:40 pm.

The GNR was alerted and detained the suspect, who has already been brought to court and placed in preventive detention.

The case is being investigated by the Judiciary Police.

According to reports from neighbors who did not want to give statements on camera, the victim was an aggressive man and invaded the suspect’s kitchen and that is where everything happened.

They lived in the house opposite each other and it appears that the attacks subsequently took place inside the suspect’s house, when the victim invaded the property.

The victim was already known to the authorities.
