Slava is not like other clowns. He doesn’t use horns, he’s not clumsy or he plays trumpets. In Slava’s Snowshow, the artist wants to take the public on a journey to childhood, through an immersive and emotional experience. Oh, and it’s still going to snow. The show can be seen at the Tivoli BBVA Theater, between the 3rd and 14th of April.

On tour since 1993, Slava’s Snowshow aims to create an imaginary world, in which a piece of paper can trigger a snowstorm. Russian Slava Polunin, considered the best clown in the world, seeks to celebrate life and recover childhood memories, in a visual and immersive performance, which does not require words.

During the show, songs such as “Chariots of Fire”, “La Petite Fille De La Mer”, “Oh Fortuna” and “Ravel’s Bolero” play, which contribute to this journey “to childhood, to the world of colors, feelings, emotions and small details that are only seen with the genuineness that is within us”, can be read in a statement. Tickets are on sale online and at the usual locations.

Tivoli BBVA Theater. 3-14 Apr. Tue-Fri 21.00, Sat 16.00 and 21.00, Sun 15.00 and 18.30. €20-€40
