A Vouzela Chamber want to invest around 2.6 million euros in the purchase of 21 homes under the housing support program ‘1st Right‘.

The public offer to acquire the properties has already been published in the Diário da República and the contractors have 30 days to submit their proposals.

The Municipality remembers that it has around four thousand square meters of land with the potential to receive houses for the housing market, and gives contractors who want to build them the guarantee that they will buy 21, but that the space can accommodate 30 or 35, leaving that number for consideration by potential interested parties in moving forward with the work.

Vouzela City Council wants to keep three T1 housing units, nine T2 and nine T3, for a maximum value of 2,658,750 euros and those built beyond these 21 must be placed on the market by contractors.

The budget for this investment is guaranteed by PRR funds through the ‘1st Right’ secured by an agreement already signed between the Municipality of Vouzela and the Institute of Housing and Urban Rehabilitation, within the scope of the Local Housing Strategy.

The three criteria used to choose the best proposal will be the largest number of homes to be built and the lowest price and construction time.
