The company distributing security equipment for fire, intrusion and access control areas, Exportech Portugal, recently opened a 2,000 square meter logistics platform in Benavente, according to Security Magazine.
The acquisition of the platform was made possible through an investment of 1.1 million euros. According to Exportech Portugal, cited by Security Magazine, this “is a milestone for our company, which will make it possible to continue the national and international expansion strategy that we defined as an objective for the 2024/2025 biennium”.
The new infrastructure is “strategically” located, allowing “greater fluidity” in import and export processes, ensuring a “reduction in operational costs, as well as transit times”.
Through this investment, the company increased its stock capacity and optimized its logistics processes, which translates into an increase in orders to be shipped daily.
