The 3rd edition of Trilhos Romanos, which will take place on June 2nd, this year includes a solidarity aspect.

The noble cause will benefit the Associação Sublime Solidariedade, chosen by the event’s godfather, Paulo Carreira, teacher at the Cistercian School Group.

To this end, participants in the event are being made aware of the offer of lids, cork stoppers, caps, used batteries and also damaged electrical and electronic material. All these materials can be delivered on the day the initiative organized by the Associação Trilhos Romanos, in collaboration with the Junta do Bárrio and the Câmara de Alcobaça, will take place.

Speaking to the CISTER REGION, the event’s godfather calls on the entire community to contribute to this charitable cause.

“Associação Sublime Solidariedade has done extraordinary work, particularly with our children, and it is only fair that we help them in whatever way we can”, highlighted Paulo Carreira, who reinforced the idea that “the community can have a decisive contribution to an institution that is a true example when it comes to the inclusion of children with special educational needs”.
