Graduated in Law, he is a university professor and lawyer. With a PhD in Pharmacy, she is a university professor. She was president of the Order of Pharmacists and president of the Board of Directors of Centro Hospitalar e Universitário Lisboa Norte.

He was Secretary of State for Infrastructure, Transport and Communications during the 20th Constitutional Government of Portugal and Vice-President of the PSD.

With a degree in Business Management and Administration, he is a business manager, business administrator and consultant and president of the Portuguese Diaspora Advisory Council. He was president of AICEP and administrator of BCP Capital.

With a PhD in Law, she is a professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, president of APODIT – Portuguese Association of Labor Law, vice-president of ISLSSL – International Society for Labor and Social Security Law and consultant to the European Commission in the area of ​​equality of gender.
