Uber Direct completed its first year of operation in the Portuguese market and already has several renowned partners in the retail and restaurant areas.

The B2B delivery service was created with the aim of “challenging the way companies approach the delivery logistics of their business”, reads the press release.

 

“We are pleased to see that, throughout this first year, Uber Direct has been a powerful ally for several companies in our country, in a context in which on-demand deliveries are gaining more and more importance. Consumers have increasingly demanding expectations regarding the speed and quality of deliveries, which is why more and more companies are expected to use solutions like Uber Direct”, said Diogo Aires Conceição, General Director of Uber Eats in Portugal.

And he continues: “this service offers our partners the possibility of providing personalized, safe and fast deliveries through their own sales channels, with access to cutting-edge technology without additional investment, resulting in maximum convenience and convenience for consumers”.

 

Uber Direct is present in more than 100 cities and offers 24-hour availability in the country’s largest cities, such as Porto, Lisbon, Coimbra and Braga.
