A CMTV led the cable television market in March, obtaining as much audience as all competitors combined. The average share of television in Morning mail was 5.7%, exactly equal to the sum of CNN, SIC Notícias and RTP-3. This result represents the conclusion of a series of 24 consecutive months always leading.

The growth of channel 8 across all cable platforms is significant, both in the daily average and in prime time, where the bulk of television consumption and advertising investment is concentrated.

In this prime time range, the CMTV grew by close to 22% compared to the same month last year, while, in the daily total, growth was 16.9%.

March was the month of legislative elections, in which the CMTV it outperformed RTP-1 in a large part of the broadcast, the attack in Moscow and a series of other relevant news, nationally and internationally.

Every day the CMTV led. In effect, the CMTV has been a leader for more than 200 days without any interruption.
