The Executive meets this Wednesday, April 3rd, in an ordinary session, at the Caminha Municipal Library, at 3 pm. Several matters, namely management documents, will be analyzed and voted on.
The Agenda includes, among others, proposals to Approve submitting the Accounts Rendering document for the 2023 financial year to the Municipal Assembly; Approve submitting to the Municipal Assembly the revision of the Budget to incorporate the management balance; Approve submitting the amendment to the Personnel Map for the year 2024 to the Municipal Assembly.
The Executive will also consider and vote on other proposals of a varied nature: Approve submitting the Caminha Climate Action Plan to the Municipal Assembly; Approve submitting to the Municipal Assembly the revocation of the Lease Agreement signed between the Municipality of Caminha and the Parish and Social Center of Santa Maria de Riba de Âncora and the constitution of a surface right in favor of the said Parish Center; Approve submitting to the Municipal Assembly the lending contract signed between the Municipality of Caminha and the Parish Council of Seixas; Public interest concession agreement between Caminha City Council and Âncora Praia Futebol Clube; Granting of a subsidy to Casa do Povo de Lanhelas to support the celebrations of the foundation’s 85th anniversary; License for the Use of Water Resources for Occupation of the Maritime Public Domain for the installation of minimum beach support (north) Moledo – applicant: Francisco José Martins Rocha; License for the Use of Water Resources for Occupation of the Maritime Public Domain for the installation of minimum beach support (south) Moledo – applicant: Tenedório e Monraia, Lda; License for the Use of Water Resources for Occupation of the Maritime Public Domain for the installation of simple beach support (south) Moledo – applicant: Pedro Manuel Alves Pires; License for the Use of Water Resources for Occupation of the Maritime Public Domain for the installation of minimum beach support (north) Vila Praia de Âncora – applicant: Maria Teresa Simões Vasconcelos; License for the Use of Water Resources for Occupation of the Maritime Public Domain for the installation of minimum beach support (south) Vila Praia de Âncora – applicant: Maria da Conceição Rodrigues Figueiredo Presa; Temporary change in traffic and parking posture in the Parish of Lanhelas to carry out Holy Week processions – ratification; Temporary change in traffic and parking posture in the Parish of Âncora to carry out concrete unloading – ratification; Temporary change in the traffic and parking posture in the Union of Parishes of Caminha and Vilarelho to carry out loading and unloading in the work with construction license no. 33/24 – ratification and Temporary change in the traffic and parking posture in the Union of Parishes of Caminha and Vilarelho for the XII Long Caminha Triathlon.
