Every year, British Airways Holidays, one of the UK’s leading tour operators, carefully analyzes each of its customers’ holidays. To do this, it uses reviews certified by Feefo, a review platform from verified buyers, to identify the best-rated hotels, as part of its commitment to providing high-quality stays.
British Airways Holidays has gathered 72,283 independent reviews in 2023 and is awarding 730 Customer Excellence Awards across the world to recognize its highest rated and most customer reviewed hotels.
