In Portugal, the company employs more than 650 employees and of these, 93% have open-ended contracts, which enhances the financial and emotional stability of its people. At the same time, the company invests in a set of extra-salary benefits, which seek to cover the greatest number of day-to-day situations through insurance, benefits and discounts extended to the household, as well as various prizes, which reflect the constant concern in ensuring the stability and well-being of all employees.

All employees have life and health insurance, free psychology consultations and access to an App that promotes well-being and a healthy lifestyle combined with a strong solidarity component.

From the point of view of the work environment, there is a focus on a relaxed environment, constant concern for physical working conditions, safety and well-being, promoting moments of celebration. The fun environment, with rooms equipped with table football, PlayStations or electronic games, are also some examples of the culture of team spirit and sharing that is experienced at Norauto.
