“Qalmost half of the approved fund has been implemented. The largest portion of approval and execution belongs to the People 2030 program, with 705 million euros of the 970 million euros approved and 391 million euros implemented out of a total of 440 million euros”, he detailed.
The Azores 2030 program also stands out, with 46 million euros implemented out of the 58 million euros approved.
PT 2030 had, by the end of March, 829 approved operations.
According to the information released, the approved PT 2030 operations focus on areas such as higher and advanced training, equal access to education services, technical assistance, employment support, support for outermost regions, internationalization of companies and initial qualification in support of courses professionals.
Of the program’s total allocation (22,995 million euros), 4,906 million euros were put up for tender, 45% of which belongs to the European Social Fund+, 27% to the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and 22% to the Cohesion Fund .
In turn, the Just Transition Fund (FTJ) and the European Maritime, Fisheries and Aquaculture Fund (FEAMPA) put almost half of the programmed fund up for tender.
“The 155 notices already closed put more than 2.3 billion euros in funding for competition”, he indicated.
