The Municipal Library of Viseu and Carmo’81 will host the Trip festival this Saturday (27th April), which dedicates this year’s edition to the 50th anniversary of the 25th of April. The event was scheduled to take place in the Pavia River Linear Park, but the rain forecast led to a change of location.
In what will be the third edition of the Trip festival, a multidisciplinary activity program is proposed for all age groups.
The program starts at the Library at 2:30 pm, when the Banda de Santar street enters. At 3pm, the performance “A Thousand and One Ways to Wake Up” will be presented with RIJu and Bernardo Chatillon. And, at 3:30 pm, the children’s workshop “With what rights?” guided by Joana Simões Piedade, who will reflect on children’s rights.
At 4:15 pm, Nuvem Voadora presents the show “A Fábrica das Gravatas”. Rita Neves presents “Corpo Suspenso” at 5pm, followed by a conversation with the creator and Graça Marques Pinto moderated by Miguel Ramos at 5:30pm.
At 7pm, singer JP Simões will perform songs by José Mário Branco at Carmo’81. The performance has free entry.
