Paolla Oliveira spends time in Portugal to record a work that is still confidential. But it’s not because she’s away from home that the actress left self-care behind. This Tuesday (30), the muse shared in an Instagram story proof that she remains steadfast in her workout: in the video, she does squats with weight on a device called a smith, inside a hotel in Lisbon, the Portuguese capital.
The São Paulo native plays music businesswoman Jordana in the series “Justiça 2”
“You think that those who travel don’t work out, right? My routine is still up to date! Proud of @marcaovalentimpersonal”, wrote Paolla in the caption, tagging physical instructor Marco Valentim.
In an interview with EXTRA, the actress says:
— If I’m going on a long trip, I study the time zone to fit the workout into my routine. It’s not a big deal, but it’s the habit of taking care of myself, of maintaining a regulated diet. I’ve been saying for a long time that I don’t think it’s about diet, but being aware of what you do in your daily life. I continue working out, as I have for 18 years.
Spokesperson for the women’s movement for the real body, on the internet, Paolla emphasizes:
— Just because I’m real doesn’t mean I’m going to stop taking care of myself. People tend to put things in a place of “either this or that”. And life isn’t like that. My natural beauty at 42 years old exists, and it has transformed. It’s not the same as it was in your 20s. Just as aesthetic procedures have also changed over time.
To complement this, the São Paulo native claims to be a fan of some treatments that help with face and body care:
— Technological evolution is there for us to take advantage of. I love lasers, I think these biostimulators are an advance in medicine, which are not invasive, but allow us to provide some stimulation to the body. Yes, I maintain a small self-care routine.
