He returned in 2024 to be the first star of the third edition of Chef’s Table. “It had a special flavor because I had already been working here. Returning to the place where I started to take my first steps as a professional is always an added value and it’s spectacular to meet people again and be able to come here now, in a different way, to have dinner”, he admitted to SATURDAY.In addition to Alexandre Silva, on May 3rd, the other two moments of the event will feature the chef Rui Paula, from Casa de Chá Boa Nova (two Michelin stars), on May 17th, and with Benoît Sinthon, from Il Gallo D’Oro (with two Michelin stars and one Michelin green star), on May 31st.For those who are not at dinner, but are at Pine Cliffs, there is the opportunity, the day after the event, to choose a fish dish from chef host at the O Pescador restaurant.
