In May, the Circuit sees Clouds at Theatro Circo and goes to the INDEX Art and Technology Biennial

On May 4th, Saturday, at 11 am and 3 pm, Nuvens travels to Theatro Circo with the show dedicated to the youngest, where clouds, their mysteries and peculiarities will be explored, in a creation by Joana Araújo, Maria Mónica and Ricardo Baptista.
In its second edition, INDEX once again presents a mediation program, provided by the Circuit, which seeks to activate different forms of contact between the public and the programming of the art and technology biennial.
Within the scope of the BMA lab, dedicated to different approaches in the areas of media arts, the Circuit presents, on Saturday May 11th, the Composition Process masterclass in SYNSPECIES. In this session, artists Elías Merino and Tadej Droljc share with the public the behind-the-scenes of their creative process.
On the 11th and 18th of May, Saturday, O Circuito will go to INDEX with a practical workshop, mediated by Marta Pombeiro and aimed at children and families, which is based on the theme of the art and technology biennial to inspire creative thinking and artistic expression in the youngest.
On the 11th, 12th, 18th and 19th, the Circuit presents a series of visits focused on the exhibition component of the INDEX biennial. Link: guided visits to INDEX is designed for the general public, but will also have sessions dedicated to families with young children or specific needs, adapted both in terms of route and duration.
In recent months, ODE – Orquestra de Devices Eletrônicos, led in this edition by musician Rui Souza, has been developing work with musicians and non-musicians from Braga around sound exploration. As happened in the 1st edition of the Art and Technology Biennial, ODE returns to INDEX, on May 17th at 9:30 pm, with ODE ao INDEX, a special presentation in the small auditorium of Theatro Circo. This edition will feature visuals from students at Berklee College of Music – Valencia Campus.
