A Union of Parishes of Farowill take effect from May 9th to 12th, in the Muralhas – Cidade Velha (Vila Adentro) space, the now traditional Caracol Festival.
This solidarity initiative, which aims to support three IPSS in the parish, aims to promote, disseminate and enhance traditional products, cuisine and Mediterranean culture, particularly gastronomic dishes using snails.
However, in addition to snails, this initiative offers alternatives and complements to snail dishes through a variety of street food offerings that will offer crepes, sweets, drinks, vegan and vegetarian dishes, burgers, pizzas, salads and other dishes, as well as children’s entertainment. and also musical animation.
Entry is free and will be open every day, between 5pm and midnight. As for the musical entertainment, on the first day we will have a performance by the group Tokisom. On Friday, Sandrine will take the stage and we will have a performance by ARPI’s Rancho Folclórica. On Saturday it is Cristiano Martins’ turn to liven up the venue and on Sunday, David Pedro will guarantee the entertainment on the last day of the Caracol Festival.
