With this he ended up saving more than a thousand Jews from the Holocaust, a sign of hope in one of the worst phases of Humanity. On the review aggregator Rotten Tomatoes, the film has an almost perfect rating – 98%.

CLOSE ENCOUNTERS OF THE THIRD DEGREE

Of all Steven Spielberg’s science fiction films, “Close Encounters of the Third Kind” is one of the most acclaimed, as Christopher Nolan said. According to the official synopsis, “a group of people try to contact an alien intelligence. Roy Neary didn’t just see an unidentified flying object: he has a burn mark to prove it. Roy refuses to accept an explanation for what he saw and is willing to give his life to discover the truth about UFOs.” This film has the particularity of having François Traffaut in the cast.

ET – THE EXTRATERRESTRIAL

This masterpiece of science fiction could not be missing from Stanley Kubrick’s list.
