Every Saturday, we have a meeting scheduled here, at Minha Série, to find out which were the most pirated films of the week and talk a little about each of them. In other words, the big moment has arrived again.

Remembering that we use weekly surveys from the TorrentFreak website as the basis for this table and we do not support piracy in any way.

For the general happiness of the nation, this week’s selection of the most pirated films is not “more of the same”, and includes four very hot new features. Three of them, in fact, have already debuted at the top of the table, among the five most downloaded features online in recent days. What will they be? Well, we’ll talk about that soon.

Before that, it is worth highlighting the presence of some important films from last week’s list in this week’s ranking as well. The Web, for example, an action and suspense film, got its name on the board here for the second week in a row. The same goes for Kung Fu Panda 4a DreamWorks animation centered on the clumsy warrior panda.

Now, how about we take a look at what’s new?

The most pirated films of the week

Below, check out the complete list of this week’s hottest films on the internet!

  • 10 – Oppenheimer
  • 9 – The Web
  • 8 – Dune: Part 1
  • 7 – Rental Killer
  • 6 – Late Night with the Devil
  • 5 – Rebel Moon – Part 2: The Scar Marker
  • 4 – Kung Fu Panda 4
  • 3 – Ghostbusters: Ice Apocalypse
  • 2 – Immaculate
  • 1 – Dune: Part 2

Yes, this week’s most pirated film is the same as last week: Dune: Part 2. The science fiction, action and adventure film continues to attract a lot of attention from internet users and does not look like it will leave the podium so easily. We’ll see if the film maintains its position next Saturday.

Now, moving on to the news, we notice that the horror genre has gained a lot of strength. In second place, for example, we have the unprecedented Immaculatework with Sydney Sweeney (Everyone But You) which brings themes related to religion.

Already in third position appears Ghostbusters: Ice Apocalypsea production that also explores horror, but in a much lighter and more fun way (the film had already appeared here, but has only just returned).

Still in the field of horror, in sixth place, the highly praised Late Night with the Devil, with actor David Dastmalchian. The film follows “a live television broadcast in 1977 that goes horribly wrong, unleashing evil into every home in the country.” The last novelty on the list is Rebel Moon – Part 2: The Scar Markera sci-fi from Netflix that has been booming within the streaming catalogue.

Will we have even more releases on next week’s list?
