Released just a few days ago, the film has already grossed 25 million dollars worldwide (15 million in the USA, 10 million in other territories), positioning itself at the top of the most watched films chart. With this, Challengers even surpassed the film Civil War.

Zendaya stars in the film, a popular actress who has participated in major franchises such as Spider-Man or Dune. You may also know her from the HBO series, Euphoria.

This is the official synopsis for Challengers:

“Tashi, a former tennis prodigy turned coach, has turned her husband into a champion. But to overcome a string of defeats, he needs to face his ex-best friend and Tashi’s ex-boyfriend.”
