Lynn was asked if he would like to record another album besides “Odyssey”, the only album he recorded alongside the talented guitarist.

“Of course. I have no problem with Yngwie. Yngwie is Yngwie. He is what he is. And it got a little over the top at the end. I remember walking around Stockholm in the rain, swearing at him because he was getting arrogant. It was just too much . And in moments like this, no, you don’t want to make another record; you really don’t. You need some distance between you to calm down,” Turner reported, in a transcript published by the website Blabbermouth.
“But to be honest, I think he felt threatened and maybe felt like he needed to go in a different direction. And whether he’s going in the direction he’s been going lately, I don’t know. I don’t think it’s a good decision, just because he’s not a great singer, he’s not a great drummer or producer. I listen to the records [recentes de Yngwie] and I think, ‘Wow, this isn’t going to work.’ Then I listen to ‘Odyssey’ and I say, ‘Wow.’ It’s a very, very good job. So I guess sometimes you are your own worst enemy, and in this case, apparently, Yngwie is your own worst enemy. But I have no problem with Yngwie to this day. What was done was done. What was said was said”, added the vocalist.
