Naldo Benny claims that he is responsible for the long-awaited arrival of Madonna to Brazil. The singer made this statement during his participation in the program Uncensored, from TV Brasil, last Monday (01.04) – coincidence or not, April Fools’ Day. According to the funk player, he was the one who “arranged” the procedure so that the Celebration Tour passed through Brazil.

During the interview, Naldo talked about his relationship and stories with some international celebrities, such as Will Smith It is Chris Brown. So, the presenter, Cissa Guimarães says: “I believe it. Even for your entire career. I have the greatest respect and admiration. Your work is delicious. I think it’s cool, I’m saying that and I’m not kidding you, man… I think it’s cool that you make fun of your relationship with music on April 1st, man”, she said, referring to April Fools’ Day.

At this moment, he says: “Within this relationship that I had, I urged Madonna to come to Rio de Janeiro now.” In disbelief, Cissa asks: “Are you the one bringing Madonna?” He states: “I’m the one unwinding this parade. One more. […] I made the bridge for this show to happen.”

Madonna will come to Brazil on May 4th with the “Celebation Tour”, hosted by Itaú, in celebration of 40 years of career. The show, the only one in South America, will be free in Copacana. The presentation will be shown on Globo and also on Multishow.
