Honorary citizen of BH
The president of the Belo Horizonte City Council, councilor Gabriel Azevedo is inviting Carlos Bracher to the solemn session to award the title of honorary citizen, an initiative of councilor Gilson Guimarães.
The tribute to the renowned judge-forano artist takes place this Tuesday, at 7pm, in the Amynthas de Barros Plenary.
