In recent days, cities in the state of Rio Grande do Sul have been hit by floods, caused by heavy rain. The tragedy, which unfortunately seems far from over, decimated lives and caused incalculable damage.

The band Metallica, through the All Within My Hands foundation, made a donation worth 100 thousand dollars (somewhere around 500 thousand reais), with the aim of helping flood victims. The help was announced this Friday (May 10), through a post shared on social media by the group led by James Hetfield and Lars Ulrich.
