According to Civil Protection information, the most affected region was the Metropolitan Area of Porto, in particular the downtown area, between 12:00 and 1:50 pm.

The yellow line was cut between Trindade station and Jardim do Morro, in Vila Nova Gaia. However, the São Bento metro station remains closed for cleaning work.

Several people were inside the São Bento station and recorded on video the entry of water into the two underground floors.
