It’s confirmed: on May 7th, Apple will have an event that, apparently, will serve to showcase new iPads. With the slogan ‘Let Loose’, the presentation should only be online.
The invitation sent to US journalists shows a colorful illustration in the shape of the Apple logo, with a hand holding an Apple Pencil, which the brand launched in 2015 to write and draw on the first iPad Pro, also announced at the same time.
Therefore, it is very likely, if not guaranteed, that Apple will even show new iPad Pro and Air, with M2 and M3 chips – remember that the brand has not announced new tablets since 2022. Another of the announcements should be the fourth generation of the Apple Pencil, with a new feature called ‘Squeeze’.
iPad and Apple Pencil should really be the only star products at this event, since, a month later, the company has WWDC, where it should announce big news: one of them will be the next version of iOS, as well as Apple’s serious entry into AI.
