The Boavista lands, which are found at auction for club debts, have already received the first bid, valued at 2,861,700 euros. The property, remember, has been available to receive bids on the e-auctions website since March 27th.

The land includes chess training fields, tennis courts and a building attached to the Bessa Stadium, and the “property consisting of sports equipment”, as described in the auction, is currently owned by the Invicta emblem.

It should be noted that the auction is being held at public auction due to the club’s debt to a banking institution, related to the construction of the Bessa Stadium.

Valued at around 5,723,400 euros, the lot also has a minimum value set at 4,864,890 euros required for any bidder to acquire it through this auction, meaning the value offered will not yet be enough for the property to change hands. The auction, remember, ends on May 7th.
