Brozovic was the hero, CR7 scored and Al Nassr postponed JJ’s party :: zerozero.pt

Al Nassr suffered a lot to win at Al-Akhdoud (3-2), but a well-aimed shot from Marcelo Brozovic – at 90+1 – allowed the team led by Luís Castro to record their fifth consecutive victory, in a game where Cristiano Ronaldo also scored again – his 48th goal of the season.

Regarding the match, Al Nassr came with everything and, in 15 minutes, scored two goals. At seven, after an inconsequential cross from Telles, Ali Al-Hassan passed the ball to Brozovic who, with a bomb, opened the scoring. In the 15th minute, Al-Hassan took advantage of an incredible lack of attention in the danger zone and placed it precisely for CR7, who practically didn’t need to move to score.

Until the end of the first half, Luís Castro’s team insisted – Ronaldo, with a hat, hit the bar -, however, they saw Al-Akhdoud gain new life in the second half: Hassan Al-Habib, at 60′, with A shot from outside the box reduced the score and Savior Godwin – formerly of Casa Pia – tied things up in the 70th minute. Near the end, when the draw seemed obvious – and Al Hilal’s title win – Brozovic fired a rocket and reestablished the advantage. With this result, Al Nassr cemented second place and postponed the party for JJ’s team.
