The Samsung Galaxy 24 was released relatively recently. This new generation of cell phones from the South Korean brand has been selling at a good rate all over the world. So much so that, as reported by SamMobile, a specialist in Samsung matters, overall sales of the series increased by 8% globally.

The new cell phone brought several improvements, from Artificial Intelligence (AI) features to faster processors, however there are those who are not completely satisfied with the product. According to the same source of information, there are users complaining about the facial unlocking and screen mirroring features based on Miracast.

As for facial unlocking, the main reason for concern is the fact that the Galaxy S24 supposedly does not have the ability to identify the user’s face in low light conditions. As SamMobile points out, other cell phones do not present this type of problem, in the same light conditions.

On this subject, the moderators of the Samsung Community Forum have already created alternatives to respond to the problem. However, users indicate that the problem persists, even though Samsung, at the moment, has not commented on this situation, as a problem with the Galaxy S24.

Screen mirroring was not a problem on versions like the Galaxy A52, Galaxy S10+ or Galaxy S22 Ultra

Another problem that has been reported by some users is related to screen mirroring. The same source of information states that there was no problem with this function on cell phones such as the Galaxy A52, Galaxy S10+ or Galaxy S22 Ultra.

The Galaxy S24, in turn, will cause concern among some users, who complain about screen mirroring problems on their televisions.
