HWe’ve been seeing rumors about Apple’s next high-end iPhone for some time, with some of them mentioning the existence of a new button (known as Capture) dedicated to capturing photos with the device’s camera.
Well, the page @SonnyDickson on the social network X (formerly Twitter) shared an image of an alleged protective cover for the iPhone 16 Pro and, as you can see below, the hole for this new button located below the classic screen lock.
It should be noted that Apple has not commented on this matter but, taking into account the rumors and recurring information about this same button, it is likely that there is some truth. Even if it is not present in the final version of the device, it is possible that it was present in any prototype of the Pro models of the iPhone 16 series.
As happens every year, the new series of iPhones should be officially announced at an Apple event between September and October.
