Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro is the best premium of the moment

Launched in January this year, the Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro was considered by AnTuTu as the best premium smartphone in March. The model, equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, paired with 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of internal storage, recorded 2,141,448 points on the well-known platform.

In second place is the OPPO Find X7, which houses the Dimensity 9300 processor with 16 GB of RAM and 1 TB of internal storage. The distance between these two terminals is quite small, more specifically just 3,329 points.

This small difference shows that Qualcomm and MediaTek chips are on par. In fact, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 occupies six of the ten places in this ranking while the Dimensity 9300 is in the remaining four positions. Once again, this small difference does not give Qualcomm dominance in the premium segment.

Rounding out the top three is the iQOO 12, which scored 2,110,595 points, thanks to its configuration of 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of internal storage capacity, all paired with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip.

The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro is now available in Portugal, through the brand’s official website, with prices starting at €1,249.

MediaTek with the largest number of presences in the mid-range segment

In the ranking of the best mid-range smartphones, the positions are reversed with MediaTek occupying six of the 10 positions available in this table. However, it is Qualcomm that occupies two of the top three spots.

The OnePlus Ace 3V scores 1,466,728 points on the well-known platform with the configuration that combines the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 processor with 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of internal storage.

In second position is the Redmi K70E, equipped with the Dimensity 8300 Ultra chip together with 16 GB of RAM and 1 TB of internal storage capacity. It reaches second place in this ranking after having recorded 1,391,125 points.

In third place to close the podium is another model equipped with a Qualcomm chip. Inside, the Realme GT Neo5 SE houses the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 processor, along with 16 GB of RAM and 1 TB of internal storage.
