In December last year, POCO launched the POCO M6 5G in the Indian market. Now, new information suggests that the Chinese manufacturer will launch a variant with 4G connectivity.

POCO M6 4G has appeared in several regulatory authorities such as NBTC, FCC, EEC and IMDA with code 2404APC5FG. Based on the number of certifications, it is indicated that the cell phone will be made official in the coming weeks.

According to FCC certification, the POCO M6 4G will come equipped with a 4,930 mAh battery unit, but advertised as 5,000 mAh. For fast charging, the cell phone must support 33W.

The Federal Communications Commission approval also mentions that the cell phone will support dual-band Wi-Fi and NFC connectivity. In terms of the operating system, it will come standard with the HyperOS 1.0 interface.

Recently, leaks revealed that the POCO M6 4G will be a rebranded version of the Redmi 13 4G. Under the hood, the cell phone should feature MediaTek’s Helio G88 platform. Both devices are codenamed moon.

As the Indian variants of POCO M6 and Redmi 13 have surfaced in the IMEI database, it is certain that it will launch in India. More details about the devices will be released in the coming weeks, with the devices appearing on more regulatory authorities and benchmark platforms.

Last week, the Redmi 13 5G and POCO M7 Pro 5G had several details leaked. Both should feature Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 4 Gen 2.
