A The producer responsible for ‘World of Warcraft’ and ‘Diablo’, Blizzard, announced that it has decided to cancel the next edition of its annual event – BlizzCon.
“After careful consideration over the past year, at Blizzard we have made the decision not to hold BlizzCon in 2024.”, wrote the producer on its official website. Instead of a large event, Blizzard made it known that it will focus on smaller presentations and participation in other events.
It should be noted that the ‘Warcraft’ series celebrates its 30th anniversary in 2024, with ‘World of Warcraft’ completing 20 years since it was launched. In addition to the tenth expansion of the online game being on the way, called ‘The War Within’, Blizzard is also expected to share more details about the first expansion of ‘Diablo IV’, called ‘Vessel of Hatred’.
