A well-known product leaker on the market, https://twitter.com/UniverseIce/status/1787331874031050754is motivating users in the USA, and in particular, those who have purchased the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, to take legal action against the company.
At issue are supposed defects in this model, which although the company has been trying to resolve with software updates, are still far from being entirely resolved.
Among the complaints are problems with the presentation of colors on the screen at low brightness, or incorrect colors when capturing photos by the camera when zoom is applied. There are also hardware problems, which cause photos to be brighter than normal.
There are also points indicated on the device’s internal speakers, which have design flaws that could harm the final sound, as well as the place to store the S Pen, which in some models has defects.
Given all the problems, the leaker advises Samsung users and customers to launch a campaign against the company, in court, which could force it to resolve the problems in this model.
So far, Samsung has not left any comments on these cases.
