SEGA revealed that it is considering the global release of Persona 5: The Phantom
In a meeting this Friday (10) to discuss the financial results of the last quarter, SEGA said that the game met expectations and an expansion to Japan, the Americas and Europe is being considered.
Persona 5: The Phantom X is the fifth release for Android devices in the Persona franchise and features a narrative similar to the original game. It features a group of Phantom Thieves who try to balance school life with the awakening of their Personas.
The game faithfully adapts the visual style of Persona 5, but makes changes to ensure good performance on Android and iOS. During the adventure, the player will need to collect different Personas that will release new transformations and defeat enemies with their team.
In February, SEGA also confirmed that Persona 3 Reload reached one million copies sold faster than any other game ever released by Atlus. The remake achieved the record just a week after arriving on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox and PC. It is worth remembering that it is also available on Xbox Game Pass.
Recently, an insider said that Atlus will release Persona 3 Reload and Metaphor: ReFantazio will be released for the Nintendo Switch 2. The second is scheduled to be released on October 11th this year for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S and PRAÇA.
Additionally, Persona 6 can be released simultaneously for Xbox and other platforms.
