Junction of Greek words helios which means Sun, and anthos which means flower.

Firstly, boil 1.5 clean water. Then, add sunflower, basil and rosemary and boil for two minutes, if they are dry, boil for 5 minutes. Then, simmer for 20 to 30 minutes and strain. Take your hygienic bath and pour it over your head, running down the front and back of your body. Then, pat dry with a bath towel. Remember it’s a ritual, so concentrate well.
