From gold iPhone to trucks: Revenue holds three auctions with 618 lots

The Federal Revenue of Brazil will hold three auctions next week, with seized or abandoned goods and vehicles. The items are registered in Brasília (DF), Belo Horizonte (MG) and Guarulhos (SP).

In total, the three auctions total 618 lots, ranging from cell phone screens, headphones, alcoholic drinks, used vehicles, smartphones, notebooks, video games, cameras, and even trucks.

Among the items, the initial bids stand out for: a gold iPhone 13 Pro Max model, with a minimum bid of R$4,000, a Playstation 5, with a minimum price of R$1,400, and a shipment of wine costing R$1,000.

To participate in the auctions, you must have a gov.br account with a silver or gold level and access the Virtual Taxpayer Service Center (e-CAC). After entering the portal, select “Participate in the Federal Revenue electronic auction” to consult the notices.

In total, there are 129 lots that will be auctioned on March 28th. Value proposals for the auction can only be made online, from 8am on March 26th until 8pm on March 27th.

In total, there are 25 lots that will be auctioned on March 28th. The start date for registering value propositions is March 25th, at 8am, and the end is March 27th, at 9pm. This entire process needs to be done online.

Criteria for participating in auctions

To participate in the auction by submitting a bid, the interested party must follow the following steps:

• between the beginning and end of the period to register value proposals, access the “Electronic Auction System” through e-CAC;
• select the auction notice in question;
• choose the lot you want to bid on and click “include proposal”;
• accept the terms and conditions presented on the Revenue website; It is
• include the proposed value (which must be greater than the minimum value established by the Tax Authorities) and save it.

Individuals are eligible to participate in tax auctions if they are over 18 years old or emancipated, are registered with the CPF and have a silver or gold reliability seal in the federal government’s digital identity system.

For legal entities, the criteria are: having regular registration in the National Register of Legal Entities (CNPJ), or having a silver or gold reliability seal in the digital identity system.
