A 28-year-old man was arrested this Thursday morning (21) for murdering 25-year-old Fernanda Aline Reinard. Civil Police investigations brought to light the moments of horror experienced by the victim before death and the evil of the criminal’s premeditated actions. The man was the young woman’s neighbor and a security camera recorded her screams for help.

According to delegate Ronnie Esteves, Fernanda returned from a party at around 2am on Sunday morning (10). When she arrived at the apartment complex in Itoupava Central, where she had moved the day before, the neighbor saw her and sent a message to a friend saying that he was going to the victim’s house to have sex, insinuating, according to the police, about rape. .
The attacker told the police that he had acted under the influence of drugs.
About two and a half hours later, as the clock approached 4:40 am, the security camera sensor of a residence on the adjacent property captured the moment a light was turned on in the area of the crime. Soon after, Fernanda can be heard screaming and asking for help. The anguish lasts about 10 minutes until silence prevails, says the researcher.

Esteves says that the prisoner said he opened the door of the victim’s house by passing his arm through a tilting window that was ajar. Inside the property, he allegedly spent some time looking at Fernanda in bed and attacked her in the neck. The young woman woke up and tried to free herself from the attacker, but was stabbed four times with a knife in the neck and shoulder area.
After the attack, the criminal allegedly took a shower at Fernanda’s house, took the young woman’s television and from the same place where he opened the door, closed the property. On Monday (11), when the body was discoveredhe was interviewed by the police.
According to investigators, this morning, during the execution of the arrest warrant and also the search and seizure, the agents found the victim’s TV in the killer’s house.
How they suspected the neighbor
Security camera footage shows when the victim arrives home alone in the early hours of the murder. From the videos, the police realized that no one entered or left the apartment complex during that period and, therefore, began to check who Fernanda’s neighbors were. According to the delegate, the place has six residences and she was the only woman.

Checking the men’s records, one of them caught our attention. He is the target of an investigation into the murder of a woman in Joinville and was arrested, but was free.
