A week after the accident that left one person dead and nine injured, the families affected by the fire caused by a tanker truck are housed in hotels while works are being carried out by the company responsible for the truck, according to residents of the region.

“It was a shock, but things are getting back on track. The company is providing assistance. I didn’t lose anything in the store and people in the affected homes are in hotels,” said Paulo.
