A Russia arrested 11 suspects of involvement with the attack that left 133 dead at a concert hall near Moscow on Friday (22).

The president Vladimir Putin made a statement about what happened this Saturday (23), in which he tried to incriminate the Ukrainedespite the Islamic state have assumed responsibility. According to the politician, all those who planned and carried out the attack will be identified and punished.

“They tried to hide and fled towards Ukraine, where, according to preliminary data, a passage was prepared for them on the Ukrainian side, so that they could cross the border”, he states.

The Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky denied the accusations made by him, and said that Putin was trying to divert responsibility for the massacre.
