Expovez – Feira do Alto Minho returns to the Arcos de Valdevez Exhibition Center between the 2nd and 4th of May.
The event aims to “showcase the best that is done in the municipality and the region”.
This 22nd edition will feature more than 100 exhibitors from the municipality and the districts of Braga and Viana do Castelo, “and its main objective is to promote the region’s products and economic activities”.
“For this year’s edition, a new feature was designed, namely a place where 18 spaces covering food medicine, aesthetics, cosmetics, image, ready-to-wear, footwear and events will be present, in an attempt to give greater prominence to this area”, noted the municipality.
The program includes several musical and entertainment moments.
On the first day of Expovez, Daniel Sousa performs at 6:30 pm, followed by the “Arcos Moda” parade and the Rural Song Festival at 10 pm.
The night ends with entertainment from a DJ in the food area.
On Saturday, at 6pm, the entertainment is delivered to Studio 601 and, from 10:30pm, David Carreira takes to the stage. The night ends with DJ entertainment.
Finally, on Sunday, May 5th, Mother’s Day, all mothers who visit the event will be entitled to a flower, and families will be able to watch the shows, at 3pm for the Delfim Júnior and Ympério Show, and at 4:30pm, by DanceFuel.
The food space will feature 16 taverns “serving the best in terms of gastronomy and wine from this region”, noted the municipality.
Boosting the municipality’s economic activities is one of the objectives of this initiative, as well as promoting the municipality and its potential.
