The delegate Giniton Lageswho was in charge of the Marielle case at the Capital Homicide Police Station (DHC) right at the beginning of the investigations, was the target of searches this Sunday morning (24), in Operation Murder, Inc., who arrested those suspected of having the councilor killed. Minister Alexandre de Moraes, from the STF, also ordered Giniton’s removal from Civil Police duties.

According to the work’s sales website, the publication aims to describe “a crime that shocked the country, gained international recognition and transformed Marielle’s name into a symbol of the fight against injustices and atrocities that negatively mark the name of Brazil “.

In addition to the 3 arrests this Sunday, 12 search and seizure warrants at the Rio Civil Police headquarters and at the State Court of Auditors.
