From the official reports of the Scientific Police of the State of São Paulo, experts opined that there was no violence. “The cause of death was a major acute hemorrhage with hemorrhagic shock”, says gynecologist Jairo Iavelberg.

“The penis may have led to this injury. Her case was a fatality, apparently, from what is appearing, from the anatomical aspect”, says doctor Fabiane Vale.

Shortly after the episode, Dimas’ lawyer, Tiago Lenoir, told the Estadão that the athlete did not commit any illegal act.

“He met the girl on Instagram, he had been talking to her, and they arranged to meet at the end of the day at his apartment. It was the first time they met in person. There they had consensual sexual relations using a condom. After the act, he realized that she had blacked out, fainting.”

According to the lawyer, the player no longer lives in São Paulo. He was on loan to Corinthians on a two-year contract, until the end of 2024. After the young woman’s death, he decided to return to the club where he started his career, Coimbra Sports, in Contagem (MG).
